02 — Advisory Retainer

The OPD tells you what to fix and in what order. Roadmap Execution is how you actually fix it. A monthly retainer for embedded advisory support — implementing the highest-priority recommendations from your diagnostic. This usually follows the diagnostic, though existing clients with a clear roadmap can engage directly.
